Requirements

- Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license by anticipated start date
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Previous experience supervising COTAs is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- →Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in accordance with physician-approved Plans of Care
- →Address functional skills including fine motor development, sensory processing, coordination, strength, range of motion, self-care, visual-motor integration, behavioral regulation, and activities of daily living
- →Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- →Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
- →Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
- →Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
