Our team works closely with families and supports one another in delivering therapy that leads to meaningful progress — for both our clients and our clinicians.
 
With our growing team, we’d love to meet experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to be part of building a strong, values-driven program. This role involves working directly with children through behavioral and physical challenges, and we’re focused on providing a team culture that values mentorship, professionalism, and shared impact.
  • Current and Active RBT Certification
  • 1+ years of experience in an ABA environment
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Maintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
  • Must pass a background check
  • Provide direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notes
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings
