About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team in Amsterdam or Groningen.
You will own end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple teams and work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract top talent and deliver exceptional candidate experience. You will play a key role in shaping hiring decisions, improving processes, and bringing market insight into the business.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of vacancies.
- Lead intake/kick-off meetings to align on requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
- Create and publish compelling job advertisements across relevant channels.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a strategic and data-driven approach.
- Conduct interviews and guide hiring teams through structured selection processes.
- Manage the candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact to offer.
- Lead offer negotiations, including compensation alignment and approvals.
- Own ATS accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a business partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Build a deep understanding of team structures, growth plans, and talent gaps.
- Partner with business leaders to understand future hiring needs and workforce planning priorities.
- Provide guidance on :
- Hiring process
- Talent availability and market trends within the Dutch media landscape
- Salary benchmarks
- Deliver data-driven insights on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and hiring performance.
- Challenge and influence stakeholders to drive quality hiring decisions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen attraction of top talent within Omnicom Media Nederland
- Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday or similar).
- Improve reporting, tracking, and data quality within the recruitment funnel.
- Contribute to TA-wide initiatives such as process standardization, tooling, or innovation projects.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, combining in-house and/or agency environments, with mandatory in-house talent acquisition experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing hiring decisions.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
