We are looking for a dynamic, tech-forward Pharmacist to join our Toronto hub. If you find yourself constantly thinking about how to optimize a workflow, if you’re the person your colleagues ask for help when the software glitches, and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where "project work" is part of the daily rhythm—we want to talk to you. We operate at the intersection of clinical excellence and logistical precision, partnering with doctor services for house calls and B2B brand partners to redefine mail-order pharmacy in Canada.

Clinical Leadership: Provide expert pharmaceutical care with a focus on accuracy and patient safety in a high-volume, mail-order environment.

Tech Orchestration: Navigate our digital ecosystem (Kroll Paperless, G-Suite, Slack, our in house app, Shopify, UberDirect, and PrescribeIT, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Workflow Innovation: Work with PACMED strip packaging for compliance patients and manage autonomous workflows in tandem with our mobile doctor partners.

Special Projects: Beyond the bench, you’ll contribute to B2B integration projects and process improvements that keep us at the cutting edge.

Soft Skill Mastery: Communicate with patients and partners with a level of empathy and efficiency that sets the gold standard for digital care.

The Credentials: Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the OCP in good standing.

The Tech Stack: You don’t just "use" Kroll; you master it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a major plus.

The Vibe: You are "tech-native." You understand that digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect are the lifelines of our service.

The Speed: You’re used to high-volume environments where time efficiency is a metric, not just a suggestion.

The Flexibility: You are comfortable with change and enjoy the variety that comes with project-based tasks and B2B partnerships.
