● Daily review, management, and maintenance of the medical team schedule.

● Forecast staffing needs to ensure appropriate coverage across all platforms.

● Ensure coverage during all operational hours and proactively address gaps.

● Communicate scheduling expectations clearly and professionally to staff members.

● Collaborate with leadership regarding staffing trends, needs, and operational feedback.

● Track productivity and responsiveness metrics and report quantitative data to leadership.

● Provide routine updates to the Director of Nursing regarding scheduling status.

● Provide as-needed updates to the Director of Nursing and HR team regarding scheduling status.

● Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records.

● Assist with workflow optimization and operational process improvement initiatives.

● Support RN team workflows with structured tasks as assigned.

● Communicate patient-reported concerns or changes to an RN for evaluation.

● Participate in meetings and ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.

● Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

● Assist with data collection, documentation review, and audits

 

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing responsibilities.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

● Ability to adapt to new processes and innovations.

● Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel/Google Sheets).

● Comfort with data analysis and interpretation of operational metrics.

● Experience with or willingness to learn data visualization tools such as Looker Studio (or similar reporting platforms).

● Ability to analyze scheduling trends, productivity metrics, and staffing data to support operational decision-making.

 

This is a full-time, remote position requiring 40 hours per week.

Monday – Friday, 9a–5p ET.

 

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

  • Multi-state/compact required within 30 days of date of hire.

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing or healthcare experience required.

  • Experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, or coordination required.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite required.

  • Experience working with reporting dashboards, scheduling analytics, or workforce management data preferred.
