Assistant Manager- Legal

Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and closure of a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/technology, customer, procurement, and strategic partnership contracts.

Manage the end-to-end contracting process with enterprise customers, vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders, ensuring legal risks are appropriately managed while supporting business priorities and deal momentum. Commercial mindset - balancing legal risk with business opportunity.

Advise internal stakeholders on contract risks, obligations, liabilities, risk allocation, commercial terms, and other key legal and commercial considerations.

Partner closely with business, sales, finance, procurement, product, and operations teams to anticipate legal risks, structure transactions, and develop pragmatic solutions that help close deals responsibly.

Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy/process changes.

Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and risk frameworks.

Strong foundation in contract and commercial laws, with proven experience in high-value contracts and transactions.
