Join our Global Finance team as a Senior FP&A Analyst in the Brisbane HQ, reporting to the FP&A Manager.
This critical position plays an integral role on the finance team in driving the organisation's long-term financial strategy, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment across globally distributed departments. With a primary focus on managing the consolidated group financial model and leading workforce planning, you will contribute to capital governance, ROI evaluation, and business expansion initiatives while providing executive leadership with the clear insights needed to guide sound investment decisions
Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
Corporate & Strategic Modelling: Own, build, and maintain the consolidated group financial model to project long-term business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support capital allocation decisions.
Workforce Budgeting & Planning: Lead the headcount and labour planning process, collaborating with senior stakeholders to optimise workforce investments.
Capital Governance: Maintain consolidated capital expenditure forecasts across the corporate group. Evaluate ROI and financial metrics to optimise capital allocation and support business investment decisions.
Executive Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior and executive leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
Financial Data & Metrics: Establish and evaluate KPIs to monitor performance and profitability. Maintain and optimise global TM1 data structures to ensure precise, streamlined group forecasting and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred).
5+ years of experience in a corporate financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or strategic financial modelling role, ideally within a global or publicly listed organisation.
Strong capability in financial modelling, with a proven ability to manage complex datasets and run multi-variable commercial scenarios.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex corporate finance concepts clearly to non-financial executives and stakeholders.
High proficiency in Excel. Experience with TM1 and Power BI (or similar enterprise performance management and business intelligence tools) is highly desirable.
