Since 2015, Mejuri has reimagined what fine jewelry can be in a modern world—shifting it from a traditional gift to to a personal choice rooted in self-expression.

Founded by third-generation jeweller Noura Sakkijha, the brand was built on a simple idea: fine jewelry shouldn’t require a special occasion, and it should never come with guilt. It’s about celebrating yourself—your style, your life, your everyday.

Mejuri meets customers where they are—online, in app, and through a growing global retail footprint of 58+ stores worldwide. Mejuri is also deeply committed to doing things the right way, with responsible sourcing, sustainable practices, and philanthropic initiatives that reflect our values and long-term vision.

Reporting to and collaborating with the FC & Operational Excellence Senior Manager, the Operational Excellence Specialist (6 month contract) will be responsible for diagnosing inefficiencies at the root cause level, streamlining operations, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall performance of fulfillment and BOH retail store operations. This role will be crucial in optimizing business processes, which leads to increased efficiency, reduced waste, improved quality, and better decision-making across our fulfillment centers and retail stores. The Operational Excellence Specialist will foster a culture of change, continuous improvement and aligning processes with strategic objectives.

As Mejuri increasingly focuses on digitization, process automation, and data-driven decision-making, there's a growing demand for an Operational Excellence Specialist who can navigate these complex systems. Mejuri is continually seeking to enhance visibility, traceability, and efficiency across their networks and the Operational Excellence Specialist will play a role in shaping the future of operations while developing valuable skills in a dynamic and critical business function.

  • Demonstrated background in process improvement and operations leadership, with a track record of owning metrics, building reporting, and measuring the impact of changes over time — not just identifying problems, but closing the loop on outcomes.
  • Experience conducting time studies to surface inefficiencies, designing and piloting solutions, and monitoring results with discipline — comfortable operating in a test-and-learn environment where hypotheses need to be validated before scaling.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various team members to implement initiatives with subject matter experts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather input and feedback
  • Ability to convey complex procedures in simple, easy-to-understand language
  • Experience with continuous improvement, health & safety, and bonus points for experience with formal methodologies (e.g., lean, project management, etc).
