We are seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant to strengthen financial oversight, governance, and reporting across our international subsidiaries. This role will play a central part in driving consistency, accuracy, and financial discipline throughout the Group. This is not a traditional accounting position; it is ideally suited to a commercially minded professional who is confident working across multiple entities, challenging financial information, improving controls, and elevating reporting standards within a dynamic international environment.

Review and assess sales contracts, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment and alignment with Group policies

Determine and enforce revenue recognition in line with applicable standards
- →
Actively request, challenge, and validate financial and operational data from subsidiaries
- →
Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting across all entities
- →
Drive consistency in processes, documentation, and controls across the Group
- →
Identify gaps and implement improvements to strengthen the overall control environment
- →
Debt Management Oversight
- →
Monitor outstanding receivables across subsidiaries
- →
Drive focus and accountability on debt collection efforts
- →
Challenge local teams on overdue balances and ageing profiles
- →
Propose and support solutions to improve cash flow, including factoring or other mechanisms where appropriate

Strong accounting background with solid understanding of financial reporting and revenue recognition
- →
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent), or holder of a recognised university degree in Accountancy, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their practical application across financial reporting and compliance.

Comfortable working across multiple entities and interacting with international teams

Confident in challenging information and holding stakeholders accountable

Highly organised, with the ability to follow through and ensure deadlines are met

Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and controls
