We're looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the evolution of Mendix Runtime and Mobile Clients—critical components that power low-code application development for thousands of enterprises worldwide. In this role, you'll shape the product vision, drive technical roadmap decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovations that enable developers to build and deploy mobile applications faster and more efficiently. You'll work directly with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to understand market needs and translate them into compelling product capabilities that drive adoption and customer success.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Mendix Runtime and Mobile Clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for product differentiation
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize product outcomes
• Engage with key customers and user communities to validate product concepts, gather feedback, and build strong relationships
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, developer tools, or mobile application platforms
• Strong understanding of mobile development, runtime environments, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Proven ability to define product strategy and successfully deliver roadmaps in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and customer insights to drive product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

What We Offer
~1 min readThe salary range for this position is €100,000-€105,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
