Mental Health Therapist provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services within a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain each mental health consumer's abilities to function in the community. Assesses, monitors, and follows up with consumer's ability to meet basic needs in moving toward recovery. Responsible for all clinical documentation of consumer interaction.

- Facilitate the individual's growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve.
- Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards.
- Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required.
- Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field required.
- Licensed or within 6 months of licensure preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in mental health or human services preferred
- Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 40 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment
