Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Behavior Health, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related field. Master's degree in related field; certification such as CPHQ, CPPS, CPHS, RHIA, CBCP, Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare or behavior health organizations. 
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing at least three (3) of the following enterprise domains:
    • Safety
    • Quality Management/Performance Improvement
    • Compliance/Regulatory Affairs
    • Health Information Management/Privacy
    • Business Continuity/Emergency Preparedness
  • Prior leadership of multi-department or multi-functional teams, including direct supervision of director-level leaders or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operation at a system of enterprise level (not program-only or unit-only), with responsibility spanning multiple locations, service lines, or operational areas.
  • Proven track record of implementing system-wide improvements that impact both operations and clinical care.
