Earn $18.00-$20.00/hr without degree

Earn $20.00-$22.00/hr with degree.

The Program Instructor provides engaging, supportive, and structured activities for adults with developmental disabilities. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals develop skills that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

- →Vocational training
- →Independent living skills
- →Cognitive and social development
- →Leisure and recreational activities
- →Mobility, sensory, and perceptual motor skills
→Support individuals in developing computer and basic technology skills
→Encourage participation while adapting activities to meet individual needs
→Maintain a positive, flexible, and person-centered approach
→Collaborate with team members to support individualized goals
