Here is what you will be doing:
- Perform administrative duties for the finance and/or accounting department
- Interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person regarding title paperwork and answer any questions or concerns.
- Quality checks all documents submitted to ensure the application has all the information needed.
- Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for legibility
- Type labels or reports
- Other related duties as assigned.
Here is what you will need:
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Successfully complete MVR (Motor Vehicle Report), background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license
- 1 or more years of general office/administrative work experience preferred
- Must be flexible and willing to work evening shifts, Saturday shifts and holidays
- Proficient computer skills: Microsoft suite
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, without exception
