As our Paid Search Media Strategist, you will support the creation, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns across the portfolio assigned to you. You will be the engine behind our accounts—conducting the research necessary to build campaigns, monitoring performance, running rigorous QA for launches and delivering optimization and insights that drive client growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Structure & Creation: Build and launch comprehensive campaigns across search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and more, ensuring best-practice account structure, compelling ad copy, tailored keyword lists, and client-specific targeting strategies.
- Deployment: Upload the campaigns to relevant platforms using tools like Google Editor, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Quality Control: Execute rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) on all campaigns before launch to guarantee accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- Budgeting: Accurately forecast and pace monthly budgets to ensure spending aligns with client targets.
- Routine Optimization: Manage the daily health of accounts through Search Query Report (SQR) analysis, negative keyword maintenance, bid adjustments, competitors monitoring, and A/B testing.
- Auditing: Routinely check campaign settings and performance to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Daily Monitoring: Consistently track performance metrics to ensure benchmarks are met.
- Analysis and Reporting: Deliver campaign results reporting focused on providing actionable insights and proactive, forward-looking recommendations.
- Assist the account lead with ad hoc requests from internal teams and the client.
- Provide support in developing process documentation, Points of View (POVs), and sharing product updates.
Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional paid search experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification is required. Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
- Platform Mastery: Demonstrated mastery of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Ads Editor.
- Data Analysis & Excel: Strong skills in core Excel functions, specifically those pertaining to data analysis.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Presentation: Strong presentation skills
- Project Management: Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively within a team environment.
