CEO Assistant

Metaprise is seeking an experienced Assistant to the General Manager in China to provide direct support to the CEO and the US-China executive team. You will assist in managing corporate strategy, operational analysis, the execution of key projects, cross-departmental collaboration, and significant external affairs.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be deeply involved in core business operations, helping management drive the implementation of strategic decisions while supporting client acquisition in the US market, investor relations, and international business development.
The position requires close collaboration with executives in both China and the US, managing complex cross-time-zone operations, and participating in domestic and international business activities, client meetings, and strategic project support as business needs dictate.
