Responsibilities

- →Assist in trial preparation and execution
- →Participate in Markman hearings (claim construction)
- →Conduct technical analysis of patents & products
- →Manage discovery (documents, strategy, review)
- →Work closely with expert witnesses
- →Conduct & defend depositions
- →Draft:
- →Pleadings
- →Motions
- →Legal briefs
- 2+ years patent litigation experience
- JD or LLM from ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed in one of:
- California
- Massachusetts
- New York
- Washington, DC
- Experience in:
- District Court and/or ITC litigation
- Background in:
- Tech (EE/CS) OR
- Life Sciences (Biology, Biochem, Immunology)
- Strong writing, communication, and organization skills
- ITC (International Trade Commission) experience
- First-chair or strong trial exposure
- Experience working with expert witnesses
- Ability to handle complex, high-stakes cases
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
