- →Handle USPTO office actions & responses
- →Conduct examiner interviews
- →Manage US & international patent dockets
- →Perform due diligence & FTO analysis
- →Collaborate with attorneys, agents & clients
- 1+ year patent prosecution experience
- USPTO registered (mandatory)
- Technical background in:
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Exposure to:
- Software / AI
- Hardware / devices
- Wireless / signal processing
- Law firm experience preferred
- Strong writing, communication & organization skills
- Law firm background
- Experience with AI / software / wireless tech

- FTO / due diligence exposure
