About the Role

We are looking for a Cinematic Producer to lead the production of high-quality cinematic content for video games, including in-game cinematics, trailers, and narrative sequences.

In this role, you will act as the key link between creative, technical, and production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. You will also contribute internally by improving workflows, supporting team collaboration, and helping scale our cinematic production pipeline. As we believe great work can happen from anywhere, this role can be performed remotely, in a hybrid setup, or fully on-site, whichever works best for you and the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own cinematic projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery
  • Define scope, schedules, budgets, and resource needs
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Coordinate across internal teams (animation, cinematics, tech) and external partners
  • Lead reviews, feedback cycles, and production meetings
  • Create and negotiate scopes of work, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with production leadership.
  • Champion production best practices and standards across the cinematic team
  • Ensure documentation of processes, learnings, and production guidelines
  • Continuously improve workflows, pipelines, and production processes

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Producer in Cinematics, CG Animation, VFX, or Games
  • Strong understanding of cinematic production pipelines for real-time and/or pre-rendered content, from concept or script through final delivery
  • Proven ability to own and drive projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-disciplinary teams
  • Hands-on production experience within Animation pipelines, including performance capture, motion capture, and voice-over workflows
  • Shipped at least two game titles
  • Experience working with external vendors, outsourcing partners, and distributed teams
  • Strong working knowledge of production tracking and planning tools (e.g., Excel, ShotGrid)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and clients
  • Experience producing in-game cinematics, trailers, or marketing cinematic content
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team-support experience, with a service-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver who performs well under pressure
  • Passion for video games, storytelling, and cinematic experiences
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, and experience working within interactive media or video game development environments
