Metrohm Canada is the Canadian division of Metrohm AG (Herisau, Switzerland), a global leader in high‑precision laboratory instruments and solutions for chemical analysis. We are currently seeking a Field Service Specialist to support customers throughout western Canada. 

As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Service team—providing expert technical support and on‑site service to ensure our customers’ instruments perform at their best.

• →Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems
• →Support customers both onsite and remotely (phone, email, Teams)
• →Manage a dynamic service schedule across the assigned territory
• →Build strong customer relationships through professional service and clear communication
• →Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

This role supports British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and is field‑based within the region. Candidates should be comfortable managing regular travel, working independently, and adapting to a variety of customer environments and service needs.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline
• 2–4 years of hands‑on analytical laboratory experience. 
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout western Canada. 

• Prior experience in a field service or customer‑facing technical role
• Familiarity with process‑based or industrial applications
• Strong computer literacy and experience using common business or industry‑specific software
