As the Construction Project Management Manager, you will work with the Construction Manager to control the project while complying with safety and environmental regulations and Micron's internal standards. This will be responsible for construction schedule management, material ordering and receipt management, cost management, factory and cleanroom quality control through commissioning, and safety awareness programs for GC and subcontract workers. \- Coordinate construction schedules among relevant internal departments, design firms, and general contractors/subcontractors. \- Support spatial coordination of architectural and M&A using Building Information Modeling (BIM). \- Conduct environmental performance assessments of buildings and manage green building certification programs. \- Manage the status of project-related consultations and government applications. \- Manage safety activities, including reviewing work procedures, identifying high-risk tasks, and implementing risk mitigation measures before work begins. \- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety standards and within budget and schedule. \- Track and report project progress and risks on a weekly basis.
