## Position Summary
Support day-to-day production equipment operations by performing routine preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and following standard procedures to maintain stable and efficient manufacturing performance. Work under guidance to build foundational technical skills and contribute to team-based reliability and continuous improvement efforts.
## Responsibilities
• Support production equipment operations during normal day shift activities by following established procedures and instructions
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Change Over tasks to ensure equipment readiness and stability
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and assist in equipment repair activities under guidance from senior team members
• Follow standard work instructions to identify abnormal conditions and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist in reducing equipment downtime by supporting corrective and preventive maintenance actions
• Participate in team-based improvement activities to enhance equipment performance, safety, and quality
• Support monitoring of equipment performance metrics such as downtime and repair cycle time (MTTR)
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, issues, and solutions in standardized systems
• Participate in Autonomous Maintenance and workplace discipline initiatives to improve equipment ownership and housekeeping
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning of equipment operation and maintenance practices
## Requirements
• Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing and equipment maintenance
• Understanding of fundamental concepts in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment operation is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, follow guidance, and work in a structured manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners
## Experience
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or technical support
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and motivation are encouraged to apply
