Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 業務詳細 * PHOTO工程（PHOTO：フォトリソグラフィ）エリアにおける、24時間365日（24/7）稼働体制下での技術開発業務 * 開発デバイスにおけるLevel Owner業務 （プロセスセットアップ、プロセス改善評価、SPC管理、冗長化装置の展開など、PMIで規定された各種開発業務） * 新規装置評価および新規材料評価を含むPHOTOプロセス開発の推進 * 新規材料導入に伴う開発業務の実施 * 開発デバイスにおいて、PHOTOプロセス異常品発生時に、迅速かつ的確な対応を行い、ロットの円滑なリリースを実現 * 慢性的なプロセス課題に対し、データ収集および解析・取りまとめを行い、プロセス開発部門またはプロセスインテグレーション開発部門へエスカレーション * 開発ロットにおけるサイクルタイム改善活動 （冗長化装置の展開、量産プロセスとの条件整合など）を、量産部門と連携して推進 * 4勤4休シフト体制でのエンジニア業務対応、勤務時間は以下の通り * 昼勤：08:00～20:15（実働10時間30分、休憩105分）/夜勤：20:00～08:15（実働10時間15分、休憩120分） 必須要件 ※以下のすべてを満たす必要はありません。 ■ ハードスキル（Technical / Professional Skills） * 半導体に関する基礎的な知識を有している方 * 必要な教育内容を理解し、適切に実施できる能力を有している方 * Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアスキル * データの抽出、所定フォーマットでの整理を行い、レポート作成ができるスキル * プロセスに関連する基本的なトラブルシューティング能力 * 日本語能力：N2レベル相当以上、またはビジネスレベル以上で業務を遂行できる方。加えて、英文メール・文書での英語使用経験がある方、または英語使用に抵抗のない方（翻訳ツール使用可） * 学士号以上、または半導体業界もしくは量産ラインでの実務経験2年以上を有している方 * シフト勤務（4勤4休）に対応可能な方 ■ ソフトスキル（Behavioral / Interpersonal Skills） * 担当エリアの課題を把握し、チームメンバーと連携して改善活動を遂行できる方 * 職場ルールを遵守し、問題発生時に適切な報告・連絡・相談（報連相）ができる方 * 関係部門と円滑にコミュニケーションを図る能力を有している方 * 業務に対して前向きかつ主体的に取り組める方 * 自己管理能力（業務面・健康面の双方）を有している方 歓迎要件 * PHOTOプロセスエンジニアリング業務の経験を有する方 Job Profile(s): Semiconductor Process Engineer 1 - Semiconductor Process Engineer 2 Relocation level: (TBD) Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
