## Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Establish and improve tool parameter control and technology to ensure flawless operations.
* Upgrade quality control and strictly reduce production costs.
* Establish and modify quality management projects aimed at achieving exceptionally high standards.
* Determine and set up process parameters control for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
* Evaluate, promote, and plan for new control methodology to improve our proven capabilities.
* Analyze abnormalities and successfully implement improvements to maintain flawless production.
## Required Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
## Desired Qualifications:
* Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience with advanced semiconductor equipment.
* Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction.
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
