As a Senior Manager in RAM (RDA & Metrology), you will play a pivotal role in enabling DRAM manufacturing scale-up, leading yield improvement, defect reduction, and metrology capability expansion through strong cross-functional execution and data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage RAM team members to complete the Tongluo (F16N) startup program. * Enable rapid learning transfer and alignment across sites (OMT / F15 / global network) to accelerate ramp-up. * Partner with Process Integration, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to deliver “One Qual” projects. * Build a high-performing team with strong technical ownership, accountability, and execution rigor. * Drive execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving challenges. ## Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Materials, Physics, or a related area), or equivalent professional experience. * 10 years of management experience in yield engineering, RDA, or metrology in semiconductor manufacturing. * Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects. * Strong analytical capability with a data-driven decision-making approach. * Ability to influence cross-site decisions and drive successful implementation of engineering practices. * Proven ability to strictly determine and achieve flawless execution under pressure.
