JR103202 Values & Culture Transformation, Director
Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.
Role Summary
Micron is entering a new era where AI is accelerating not only what we build, but how we learn, lead, and evolve. The Culture & Talent Solutions Transformation plays a critical role in shaping the behaviors, mindsets, and ways of working that enable our global workforce to thrive today and continuously reinvent for what’s next.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for both architecting enterprise culture transformation and activating it through targeted, high-impact talent solutions. The role bridges strategy and execution—translating Micron’s Vision, Mission, and Values into lived behaviors through a combination of enterprise-level design and localized, on-the-ground interventions.
Success is achieved through thought leadership, cross-functional orchestration, executive influence, and measurable outcomes, not formal authority.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Learning & Culture Transformation, this role serves as a culture architect and activation leader, ensuring that transformation towards agility and AI readiness is both strategically sound and tangibly experienced across regions, teams, and leaders.
As Micron accelerates its AI transformation, this role will:
• Define the culture required for continuous reinvention
• Translate that into clear leadership behaviors and expectations
• Activate those behaviors through targeted, localized talent solutions
This is not a program administration role. It is focused on high-impact solutioning, culture activation, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Strategy & Enterprise Alignment
* Own and evolve the enterprise culture transformation strategy, aligned to Micron’s Vision, Mission, and Values and reflecting AI-driven reinvention

* Partner with People Strategy, Talent Management, and Transformation teams to embed culture into:
* Leadership development
* Talent systems (performance, rewards, onboarding)
* Learning and capability-building strategies
Culture Activation Through Talent Solutions
* Design and deploy targeted talent solutions that bring culture to life in specific regions, functions, or business contexts
* Partner with Talent Partnering to co-create custom solutions beyond the global catalog
* Rapidly prototype and deliver workshops, learning journeys, interventions, and toolkits aligned to culture priorities
* Ensure solutions reinforce:

* Innovative ways of working (including AI-enabled workflows)
AI Transformation & Change Leadership
* Own the people and culture dimensions of AI transformation

* Apply best-in-class change practices while adapting to Micron’s pace and scale
Regional Localization & Targeted Deployment
* Tailor and deliver culture and talent solutions to:
* Hyper-growth sites
* New country expansions
* Strategic business priorities
* Adapt global frameworks to ensure local relevance, alignment with community values, and adoption

Psychological Safety & Culture Reinforcement
* Champion psychological safety and speak-up culture as core enablers of innovation and performance
* Embed these principles into leadership experiences, team practices, and learning interventions
* Partner across inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement efforts to build a cohesive culture strategy
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
* Define and supervise culture and behavior metrics, including:
* Engagement and sentiment
* Leadership efficiency
* Adoption of AI and new ways of working
* Conduct assessments (surveys, analytics, focus groups) to identify gaps and opportunities
* Translate insights into targeted interventions and strategic recommendations
Customer Engagement & Executive Influence
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (VP+) and global customers
* Shape demand—not just respond to it—ensuring focus on highest-impact work
* Develop and deliver executive communications (ELT sessions, board updates, enterprise messaging)
* Facilitate leadership discussions on:
* Culture transformation
* Change readiness
* Leadership expectations in an AI-driven organization
Operating Guardrails (Critical to Role Clarity)
* Focus on high-value culture activation and solutioning, not program administration
* Not responsible for operational delivery of global programs (e.g., compliance, language training)
* Provide selective, targeted enablement of global programs only when tied to specific business or regional needs
