We're looking for a Service Advisor who can help drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support operations across multiple locations when needed.

This is more than a typical service writer position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually have the opportunity to run a store.

🔥 What You'll Do

Greet customers and build trust
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Perform vehicle walkarounds and review inspection results
Build estimates and present recommendations
Follow up on declined work and customer concerns
Help drive sales and customer retention
Support daily shop operations
Assist multiple locations as business needs require
Help ensure processes are followed and goals are achieved

Automotive service writing experience preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to communicate confidently with customers
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Leadership mindset with a desire to grow
Flexible and willing to support multiple locations
Automotive knowledge and repair experience a plus
