As part of our fast-growing and evolving organization, we are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist who embraces a data-driven decision-making culture and aims to enhance business processes through analytical solutions.

We are seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience, a strong command of business intelligence tools someone who is ready to contribute to these fields. The ideal candidate has strong documentation, business analysis, and research skills, and can deliver impactful insights using both modern BI tools and classic solutions like Excel! #mikrogrupisbetterwithyou

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Industrial, Computer, Software, or related fields)

• • The opportunity to work in an innovative, energetic, and supportive team in the dynamic technology sector,

• Strong command of SQL and Excel

• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles

• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design

• Knowledge and experience in Python, data analytics, machine learning and AI technologies

• Ability to develop Python-based data analysis, automation and analytical projects

• Interest in applying machine learning and AI-driven solutions to business use cases

• Strong documentation, analysis, and research skills

• Based in Istanbul and comfortable with a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
