Job Snapshot

Mindtickle is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs across digital learning experiences. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Design and develop high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, videos, static creatives, one-pagers, reports, and infographics

Ensure brand consistency across all e-learning materials by adhering to established brand guidelines

Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas aligned with current market and industry trends

Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery while meeting tight deadlines

Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and cross-functional teams across all stages of the learning lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation)

Create reusable design templates for scalable content development

Review and maintain high standards of visual and graphical quality for all deliverables

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support

Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and AI technologies

Leverage AI tools to enhance design quality, efficiency, and productivity

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Microsoft PowerPoint

AI tools such as Synthesia, Veo3, Gemini, ChatGPT

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Figma, and 3D design tools

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design and video production

Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and current design trends
