What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices. Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures. Own technical solutioning, architecture documentation, and implementation strategies. Deliver and manage multiple Salesforce initiatives in parallel, ensuring quality, timelines, and performance. Drive adoption of engineering best practices, including: CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Source control, release governance, and coding standards Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce core platform, Lightning architecture, and integrations. Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical design sessions, and continuous learning. Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies with a focus on iterative, test-driven delivery. Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience & Expertise 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong delivery experience across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Salesforce Platform and AppExchange solutions Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and governor limits. Technical Skills Expert-level experience with: Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async, Web Services) Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, Workflows Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lightning design principles. Experience with Salesforce integrations (real-time, batch, sync/async). Hands-on experience in: Data governance, security models, and data migrations CI/CD, source control, and SDLC best practices Leadership & Collaboration Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and architectural thinking skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with: Senior stakeholders Cross-functional teams Distributed and remote team members Comfortable working in a Hybrid / Remote-friendly Agile environment.
