Responsibilities

- →Campaign Execution
- →End to end campaign ownership
- →Buying media across multiple DSPs and platforms
- →Managing campaign performance and performing optimisations
- →Using data to enhance buying decisions, resulting in overachievement vs. client- stated KPIs and internal profit objectives
- →Portfolio Management
- →Delivering on-point margin and retain clients
- →Using insights to build client rapport to up-sell and earn incremental opportunity
- →Growing client business via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships
- →Using data, analysis, and trading expertise to deliver campaign ahead of pace and maintain performance
- →Internal Collaboration
- →Working closely with your colleagues from sales, account management, product and analysis teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- →Working with MiQ global central departments to aid in with ad operations, pre-campaign analysis, post campaign reporting and troubleshooting.
- →External Communication
- →Producing weekly client reports outlining campaign performance and optimisations
- →Creating content and delivering presentations in external meetings
- →Delivering clients actionable insights via weekly commentary and end-of- campaign reports
- →Innovation
- →Regularly uses campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas
- →Willing to take calculated risks
- →Motivated by learning opportunities; asks questions
- →Makes strong relationships with product and analysis teams to improve client strategies
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential (STEM, marketing, economics degree will likely be beneficial)
- The ability to work with large datasets in Excel and BI internal tools
- Strong troubleshooting ability with a clear systematic approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environment
- Confident presentation skills
- Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture
- A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Fluency in French and working standard level in English
