Welder- 1st Shift

• →Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to job specifications
• →Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to complete assigned tasks
• →Conduct layout and tack welding during the fabrication process
• →Debur and grind metal surfaces for proper finish and fit
• →Follow quality control procedures and adhere to product specifications
• →Ensure strict compliance with welding safety protocols and wear required PPE
• →Perform general fabrication and assembly duties as needed
• →Participate in continuous improvement and team initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Welding certification from a recognized technical institute preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production welding environment
• Must be eligible for and maintain CWB certification
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in the use of welding and fabrication tools (grinders, saws, calipers, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. independently; heavier items with team assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Starting pay begins at $23.00/hour, with potential for more depending on your background and experience!
