L’objectif est d’alimenter l'équipe de ventes en opportunités qualifiées, en s'appuyant sur une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients potentiels et en alignant ces besoins avec l’offre de services de Mirego.
Business Development Representative
At the core of Mirego's growth, you identify and qualify high-potential sales opportunities, build authentic relationships, and clearly communicate the value of what Mirego creates. Your primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team by deeply understanding potential clients' needs and aligning those needs with Mirego's service offerings.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts based on target segments, business signals, and alignment with Mirego's expertise.
- Qualify leads by thoroughly assessing their needs and demonstrating how Mirego can provide real value, all while maintaining high levels of prospecting activity.
- Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure rigorous and effective follow-up.
- Monitor established KPIs (e.g., number of calls, lead conversion rates, etc.) and contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
- Track and analyze the performance of prospecting campaigns and share concrete recommendations to optimize results.
- Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and/or webinars to build connections and enhance brand visibility.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales within the digital services sector.
- You are comfortable travelling regularly to our Montreal offices or to client sites.
- You understand digital ecosystems as well as the various web and mobile platforms and their constraints.
- You have excellent oral and written proficiency in both French and English.
- You are able to quickly establish trust-based relationships and identify business opportunities.
- You are results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed prospecting targets.
- You have worked with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and are proficient with prospecting platforms like LinkedIn.
- You know how to analyze market data and adapt your messaging based on target segments.
- You manage a high volume of prospecting activities without ever sacrificing quality.
