As a front-line supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Manager in the day-to-day operations of our driver teams. The Delivery Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate builds strong professional relationships across departments, is an agent of change, and prioritizes the safety of both our team and our customers.

• →Ensure that every team member complies with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards - at all times. This includes but is not limited to: wearing your seatbelt when the vehicle is in motion, safely exiting and entering the flow of traffic, using hands-free cellular features, and using proper lifting form. 
• →Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
• →Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring information flows effectively across departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• →Complete all assigned trainings and inspections with your team to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain excellent record keeping to meet all regulatory standards.
• →Optimize the allocation of resources, including workloads and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• →Lead and mentor front-line delivery staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork. Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.
• →Supports the overall delivery volume, which may include helping other drivers complete their routes or working overtime as-needed. 
• →Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success. Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with our HR and Learning teams to implement training programs. 
• →You are:
• →Able to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently

• →Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements
• An ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently
• Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates
• An aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities

• Experience with or certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, TPM or other relevant certifications
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
