Responsibilities

- →10+ years in production, fulfillment, or distribution environment.
- →Strong leadership, supervisory and training skills.
- →Ability to effectively communicate and respond to concerns of managers and associates.
- →Excellent writing, statistical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- →Excellent problem solving skills.
- →Highly effective coaching skills with ability to create common cause among multiple stakeholders.
- →Flexibility to work various schedules, to include weekends, as needed.
- →Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.
- →Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- →Comfortable with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
