Senior Accountant

As our Senior Accountant, you'll take direct ownership of G/L accounting while strengthening the internal controls and policies that keep our books airtight. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll lead reporting, audit support, and month-end close — giving our leaders the real numbers they need to invest, grow, and make smart calls with confidence.

• →Own account reconciliations, including bank account reconciliations
• →Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
• →Support audits, tax filings, and internal controls
• →Prepare and review journal entries for approval and posting
• →Handle ad-hoc reporting requests as they come up
• →Automate and enhance current accounting processes — this is core to the role, not a nice-to-have
• →Drive ERP enhancement projects
• →Take on other duties as assigned

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
• Power BI experience desired but not mandatory
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and adapt processes in a complex, fast-growing environment
• Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines on competing priorities

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 4–7 years of experience in a corporate accounting role
• Experience with month end close, audit and internal controls.
• CPA or Master's degree desired but not mandatory
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
