✓In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities: Responsible for the hiring and retention of agency administrator(s)

✓Aid in the review and analysis of financial, clinical, and operational performance indicators.

✓Responsible for filling in for Agency Director/Administrator in the event the position is vacant.

✓Develop and implement effective clinical and business plans.

✓Work with location leadership to ensure effective report management and interpretation of key performance indicators.

✓Attract, develop, and retain key talent at our locations.

✓Other duties as assigned.

✓Bachelor’s degree in applicable field. Master’s degree preferred.

✓Current, unencumbered RN/PT/CRNP/MD/DPT licensed preferred.

✓Valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.

✓In-depth knowledge of Federal and State regulations and requirements that govern hospice and home health agencies.

✓Proven ability to maintain good regulatory compliance and clinical outcomes.

✓Proven ability to in staff development and mentoring.
