As an Associate Agent, you will work from our Leeds office reviewing Proof of Identity (POI) documentation, and real-time images, assessing legitimacy, and accurately entering data into our systems. You will work to varying service level agreements (SLAs) with strict timeframes, so we are looking for individuals who are focused, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
 
Location: Leeds City Centre, LS1, Financial District, with opportunities to work from home when designated
 
Please note this role requires working in a Secure Environment where personal devices such as mobile phones are prohibited. (You will be able to access to your phones and devices outside the designated secure workspace)
  • Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy
  • Quality-assess images captured by the customer
  • Assess whether the document is authentic/fraudulent
  • Check the accuracy of information already in the system
  • Extract document data and input into the system
  • Classify document types
  • Identify key document security features
  • Work onsite in our secure office in Leeds, with highly regulated information

  • Clean criminal record (DBS check) and clean credit record (e.g.no CCJ or bankruptcy)
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Three references (employment or academic)
  • Able to reliably commute to LS1, Leeds
  • Previous office experience in administration or data entry
  • An understanding of GDPR
  • Criminology background
  • Working knowledge of the KYC industry
  • Development: For your first two weeks of employment, you will receive full-time training from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Once you have completed this, you will move to your allocated shift pattern.
