The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This individual acts as the backbone of the sales team, enabling them to focus on driving revenue and building customer relationships.
Responsibilities

- →Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- →Ensure all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly.
- →Coordinate and maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and deals.
- →Order Processing and Management
- →Manage and process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
- →Customer Relationship Management
- →Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM software.
- →Coordination and Collaboration
- →Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.
- →Schedule meetings, calls, and sales presentations.
- →Reporting and Analysis
- →Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- →Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the sales team.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements

- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
