Office Host & Workplace Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Rotterdam,

Hours: Part-time (~12.5 hours per week / 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

Schedule: Daily, around lunchtime (e.g., 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM)

You will be the heartbeat of our office environment, ensuring our team has a clean, organized, and inviting space to work and collaborate in every day. This is the perfect role for someone looking for a consistent, meaningful part-time position with a friendly team.

  Lunch Management: Set up our daily team lunch and handle the post-lunch cleanup.

  Kitchen Upkeep: Load and unload the dishwasher, wipe down surfaces, and keep the kitchen clean.

  Facilities & Supplies: Monitor, order, and restock office, kitchen, coffee, and bathroom supplies.

  General Office Care: Empty trash bins, water the plants, and ensure common areas are tidy and organized.
