The Coordinator, Facility Resources is responsible for the distribution of all mail and packages throughout Monumental Sports & Entertainment's multiple facilities, along with the handling of employee inquires.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily mail, packages and interoffice deliveries within MSE facilities and drop off packages, letters, and interoffice envelopes across multiple office buildings and arena locations.
  • Process outgoing mail and courier packages as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries to MSE Staff, vendors and clients for tracking purposes.
  • Perform external mail runs to MedStar Capitals Iceplex and MedStar Health Performance Center as needed.
  • Deliver office and copier supplies and other workplace essentials to employees throughout MSE facilities.
  • Handle technical support for copiers, printers, and other MSE equipment. Perform basic maintenance on copiers, printers, and related office equipment, including coordinating service and replacing consumable parts when appropriate.
  • Assist with mass mailings for different departments, which will include ordering supplies and processing labels for mailings.
  • Process and fulfill in-house printing requests using high-volume production copiers.
  • Ensure print requests are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Strong time management skills; with the ability to balance, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • General knowledge of operation of high-volume copiers and mail room equipment.
  • Knowledge of Postal, UPS, and other major couriers’ regulations and policies with regard to shipping packages.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
