The Director of Enterprise Communications leads Monumental Sports & Entertainment's employee communications strategy, executive communications, organizational change communications, and enterprise storytelling. This position serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and is responsible for connecting employees to the company's vision, priorities, culture, and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise internal communications strategies that support organizational priorities, goals, culture initiatives, and business performance.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop communications that help employees understand the company's mission, vision, strategy, and priorities.
  • Lead executive communications to the enterprise audience, including speeches, presentations, talking points, video messages, leadership updates, and company-wide communications.
  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel on organizational communications and employee engagement.
  • Develop compelling storytelling that highlights business performance, strategic initiatives, organizational progress, employee impact, and company culture.
  • Design and implement communication strategies that support major business initiatives, organizational change, transformation efforts, and enterprise priorities.
  • Coordinate planning and delivery of company-wide communication moments, including town halls, all-staff meetings, leadership forums, and enterprise announcements.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and business leaders to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and procedures for internal communications and content across the organization.
  • Leverage analytics, employee feedback, and audience insights to continuously improve communications programs and channel effectiveness.
  • Find opportunities to improve communications by applying technology, innovation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, executive communications, content strategy, or related fields.
  • Experience developing and leading enterprise communication strategies that reinforce organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated success advising senior executives and developing executive communications.
  • Experience leading communications for organizational change, business transformation, or large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills.
  • Experience using communications analytics, employee insights, and measurement frameworks to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to balance critical thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
