Lead - Shipping & Receiving

MorEng is a specialized aerospace and defense engineering recruitment firm supporting organizations across Canada. A leading aerospace supplier is seeking a Lead for Shipping & Receiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shipping and receiving operations while providing hands-on leadership to the team
  
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and on-time performance of the team
• Supervise the team, assigning daily tasks and providing guidance as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Monitor inventory movement and storage

Minimum Requirements

• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain or operations
• 3-5 years experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations 
• Ability to lift and move materials in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
