Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Veteran Affairs to join its growing practice in our Jacksonville or Atlanta offices. The Veteran Affairs Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of Veteran Affairs experience. 

• →Manage a high volume case load with adequate communication with each client
• →Communicate with the VA as necessary
• →Review VA Claims files, identify and record relevant information crucial to VA claims
• →Represent claimants at VA appeals
• →Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Minimum 2+ years of VA experience
• Ability to manage high volume of cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
