Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to support our 168-unit apartment community, Gateway Landing on the Canal, in Rochester, NY. Compensation & Incentives: • Base Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour• Up to 50% Rent Discount• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly bonus opportunity• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone• Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits• 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match• Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave As the Service Technician, you will help to: • Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.• Maintain interior and exterior areas while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.• Respond promptly and efficiently to resident service requests and assigned work orders.• Communicate professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.• Complete preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance, functionality, and success of the community.• Provide exceptional service while helping residents feel proud to call their community home.
