We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in Branch Operations to support Taiwan business activities across Cash Equities, Listed Derivatives, Stock Loan, Taiwan Master Agent reporting, and Bond Underwriting. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Analyst level position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes. What you’ll do in the role: * Support Taiwan business operations across multiple products including equities, derivatives, and fixed income * Perform end-to-end operational processes including client onboarding, account opening, trade booking, clearing and settlement * Prepare and submit regulatory reporting and ensure accuracy of Taiwan Master Agent reporting obligations * Process cash payments and ensure timely and accurate transaction execution * Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed while adhering to policies and procedures * Identify operational risks, escalate issues following governance frameworks, and contribute to process improvements * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operational support and service delivery What you’ll bring to the role: * Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively to enhance teamwork and operational efficiency * Understanding of supported business areas and client requirements, with strong control awareness * Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment * Ability to identify issues proactively and contribute ideas for process improvements * Self-motivated team player with an open mindset to feedback and continuous learning * Commitment to the Firm’s core values and Operations culture * Securities Senior Specialist * Futures License * At least 0–2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
