Role Summary:
Morgan Stanley is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in the Core Banking domain. The role focuses on supporting the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns using Dataiku. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, have hands-on experience in adhoc reporting and analysis, and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and data engineering teams. Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Python is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands on experience in gathering campaign requirements from business partners and contribute to campaign planning and setup.
* Support execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns in Dataiku across banking products.
* Develop and run SQL queries for audience extraction, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, and ensuring right customers are targeted for client communication
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses for data investigation based on business
* Knowledge of Snowflake is preferable
* Maintain clear documentation on campaign workflows, audience logic, and analytical outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Core Banking or Financial Services.
* Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries to fetch data from multiple data sets and analyzing datasets.
* Should have experience in Dataiku for workflow development or campaign execution with minimal guidance.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for basic data handling and reporting.
* Ability to handle ad-hoc data requests and provide structured insights.
* Strong understanding of the campaign lifecycle and segmentation.
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
* Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
* Basic knowledge of Python for data processing or automation tasks.
* Awareness of data privacy and compliance in financial environments.
