We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in IM Regulatory Reporting Team to support the BAU functions as well as new transitions. India Regulatory Reporting team provides support to the London Regulatory Reporting team for Post Trade Transparency Reporting (PTTR) and Transaction Reporting (TR) activities under MIFID2 regulation. The team also supports ASIC/MAS/SFTR and EMIR reporting.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the Risk, Regulatory & Resilience, which performs various independent functions to ensure adequate controls are in place. We do this by providing an integrated risk and control framework to govern, assess, mitigate and manage financial and operational risk in Operations.

What you'll do in the role:
* Preparation of various Regulatory Reports accurately and ensuring all supporting documents are properly maintained.
* Maintain a clear focus on enhancing control and continuously improving and reducing operational risks.
* Adhering to Service level agreements with global counterparts to ensure deliverables are signed off as per agreed timelines.
* Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team.
* Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements.
* Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output.
* Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Strong organizational skills and an orientation toward strict attention to detail.

* Having knowledge of any of these regimes i.e. MIFID2, ASIC, EMIR, MAS, CFTC, SEC, CANADA and SFTR.
* Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision.
* Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests.
* Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values.
* At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
