We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Legal & Regulatory Compliance (Senior) Associate to work in our Finance Division. Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Treasury team in Budapest is hiring a Legal & Regulatory Compliance (Senior) Associate to support the Firm’s Recovery and Resolution Planning program across jurisdictions. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, or legal analysis who want to move beyond pure advisory work and into a role focused on regulatory execution, documentation quality, and senior‑level governance. This is your opportunity to contribute to a variety of regulatory initiatives and collaborate with business units worldwide. As part of the Finance division, you'll play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and advising on the Firm’s financial and capital resources. Corporate Treasury is at the heart of our financial strategy, providing corporate finance advisory services to senior management and internal business units. We optimize the Firm’s liquidity and capital base, manage interest rate and foreign exchange exposure, and coordinate relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors. The RRP team is essential in enhancing the Firm’s resilience and resolvability across jurisdictions.
