The Marketing Intern will support the execution of Mosaic’s marketing and employee engagement initiatives by assisting with day-to-day content creation, communications, and campaign coordination. This role will work closely with the Marketing Specialist, Recruitment Manager, Human Resources, and cross-functional partners to help bring Mosaic’s brand, culture, and recruitment messaging to life across multiple channels.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, internal communications, content publishing, and event support, while contributing to key initiatives that enhance employee engagement, brand awareness, and recruitment efforts. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to build foundational marketing skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Assist in the creation, formatting, and scheduling of social media content across platforms, including repurposing existing content into engaging posts and supporting short-form video initiatives 

  • Support the execution of social media and marketing engagement initiatives, including monthly raffles and contributor recognition programs 

  • Coordinate and distribute internal communications, including clinic and central office newsletters, by gathering content and following established processes 

  • Support blog publishing processes by coordinating with internal partners to ensure the timely posting of content 

  • Provide event and partnership support, including ordering materials, coordinating logistics, and assisting with pre- and post-event promotion 

  • Assist in maintaining marketing organization and processes, including following standard operating procedures (SOPs) 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Operations, Clinical Leadership) to support ongoing marketing and engagement initiatives 

  • Monitor assigned tasks for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging guidelines

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned 
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using electronic medical record applications (Central Reach preferred).
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Gmail office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 

  • Interest in digital marketing, social media, branding, or communications required 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience with tools such as Canva and social media platforms required 

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate within a team environment
